James purchased his first home at age 19 and 2 more within the next 12 months while working as a General Manager for Tri-Spur Investments. Finding himself in the position of becoming a "Single Father" with a 4 month old son, 2 year old daughter, and 4 year old daughter, he knew he could no longer work as an executive and had to try something different. He gave up his 6 figure job, put it all on the line, and tried his hand at flipping Real Estate. On his first deal he made $11,600 in 45 days. On his second deal he made just over 100k and it took 60 days and all with having plenty of time to be there for his children. He knew he had found his true path in life. With his typical passion and focus, he pushed 1000% into the field of Real Estate, learning everything he could, and discovering the different ways to find Real Estate with Value Add possibilities. Purchasing property from FISBO sellers, MLS, Auctions, tax liens, tax deeds, discovering non-preforming assets from banks, he is now considered one of the foremost experts in creative Real Estate acquisitions. Before the crash in 2010-2012 he had built a pro folio of owning more than 500 doors/units and managing another 750 doors/units. This impressive pro folio was a mixture of residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. His largest personally owned property being a 196 unit apartment complex named Westerview Gardens Apartments LLC on Hall Road in Columbus Ohio. His Fix&Flip Investment company mainly focused in 4 city's. San Diego California, Phoenix Arizona, and Las Vegas NV were managed from his main headquarters in Las Vegas and Columbus Ohio had another office for operations. James has purchased, fixed up, and flipped over 800 properties while managing a 1000 door/unit pro folio in his 35 year career. He is a very well respected Expert Real Estate Investment Consultant. After the crash in 2010-2012, he slowed down considerably and decided to semi-retire.

 Most recently, during the Covid-19 crisis, and with all 3 children now being over the age of 18, James and his children have decided to work together and once again build a Real Estate Investment company. Coming out of semi-retirement to teach his children everything he knows in the Real Estate Area has given birth to "Teichman Family Assets Management LLC" & "Viking Renovations LLC" where he is working as a consultant to build a lasting future for ALL the future of the Teichman family and leave a lasting legacy!
